Intelligence.
Intelligence;
Crime prevention and security achievement:
intelligence is a research methodology aimed at
collecting information, so that; in turn,
the final
product of the information is intelligence.
Me, AKA, someone.
“The numerical language of control is made of codes that mark access to
information, or reject it. We no longer find ourselves dealing with the
mass/individual pair. Individuals have become "dividuals," and
masses, samples, data, markets, or..."
Gilles Deleuze [ Postscript on the Societies of Control]
The importance of
a corncob
My new room has two square meters, a small bed, a
small desk and a TV plasma of 40 inches which occupies half wall. The
house has the last endowments high range on technology. I go to supermarket one
time each week to buy absolutely necessary goods. This is my reality if I look
inwards. One step beyond is the “real”
thing. Real; I pay a big amount to live in this tiny place. I press bottoms
each time I want something. This reminds me the old joke of the laboratory rat
which explains to another rat the experimenter's behaviour with next words:
"I have this man so trained that
every time I press this lever he brings me food." The real thing doesn’t
deny my concept of reality. The concept “alienation
of one-self” it’s a crack. I crack up myself each time I read an issue from
Byung-Chul Han. Included as a rock
star in the top of the pops siren calls. I recognize I read his books when I
was gloomy. Very practical to share on Facebook and to have your friends
pumping their fist and wallowing in showy failed discussions. Žižek vs Han? How
long has been the power of thought in such muddy state? Since when exactly
philosophy is a slot-machine? Certainly not in orient perspective where the
social philosophy helps social cohesion, not a technocratic dictatorship.
If this is our cultural range, it’s easy to imagine
groupings entrenched into conspiracies. Reptilian theories. “Blood-drinking, flesh-eating, shape-shifting extra-terrestrial reptilian
humanoids with only one objective in their cold-blooded little heads: to
enslave the human race. They are our leaders, our corporate executives.” These kind of paranoid beliefs are born in the
twentieth century and in part gives reason to Han when he talks about “itself alienation”. I prefer call it the
rambling parasite. But to justify this
argument we have to mention the internationalization of capitalism,
imperialism, colonialism, and nationalism in the twentieth century —in this sequence, the past appears to confirm our luck of confidence and our penchant into
isolationism. This model of intelligence looks for guiltiness not solutions. The
"crisis of confidence"
ensued by postmodernism in the 198os has a culture which exploits its members and
then carelessly set out to transcribe for financial or professional gain,
ignoring ties to members of the investigated group. The world has a past as we
shall see. A past with lessons which has been taught to us in the same way it
was seldom questioned to see any solution. Nobody querying Amazon, Netflix, Blackstone, Blackrock,
Apollo Global Management, Owl Rock Capital, Silver Lake, Sixth Street, the
pharmaceutical company Gilead? Nobody querying the large number of public institutions that pay, with
public money, private coverages to their members and relatives in Spain; MUFACE,
MUGEJU, ISFAS? Nobody
querying the farmaceutical
parasitism? Nobody querying insurance companies as Sanitas, Adeslas, DKV?
The writing style of our lives are agreements of
convenience, more than a set of conveying ideas— a large inheritance of socio-historical
construction of domination. Not an identification rather a relational
consideration. Intelligence and human skills have always been at the centre of a
social running. Our species has been very justly called sapiens but today
intelligence is external, a crutch. The thinking surrounds us and we are
reduced to a screened product. I could be even more dour querying our interactions
with things, and how we develop skills. How through our relationship with signs
and information we acquire knowledge...!!!?
Today the serious research and writing process is
mixed with a rumination rhetoric of pseudo-thinkers and flying
saucers theorists into same budget lines, into the white. Gaza, 2007, starts its self-isolation
imposed by oppressive troops. Isolation is not alien to those 2 million
inhabitants of the Gaza. They can talk about “empathy that will help raise awareness and to not think selfishly.” Here is an offense to Palestine forget what
happened during the mandated territory between the two World Wars and/or what still
happening today. Those mawkish “philosophers”
who lampoons around those sloppy citizens who don’t use masks. Daft thinkers to
be devoured quickly, like a sandwich or hamburger. Footmen of governments. They
write against them when they actually are pedicure workers.
On behalf of the intelligence why we don’t look back to
the 30s "wage society"? Or
to 70s difficulties of the refinancing to the Welfare institutions which so
much is again and again demanded. Outsourcing, privatization processes, cutting
costs according to test indications of the New Public Management ideology. ¿…?
Maquiavelli’s students have been working. Repression and surveillance are
carried out through the classification —and criminalization- of dissent. The
likely target is to marginalize civil disobedience. If this is accomplished, power has been wielded with
silk gloves. If not, they resort to crude methods of restraints.

The capitalists and landlords win when we are divided,
fearful, and/or fighting our own battles in isolation. All it takes is enough
of us breaking for them to have their way. The perfect plot for coronabonds and
the mutualisation of risks among the states, favouring Keynesian consensus. The
“freedom” press talks about a strong
European Union, a last chance to return to “better
times”. What a lack of memory! A system who can marry the determination to
become a true fiscal and political union —system driven solely by profits and
exploitation. The ruling political class is so servile of capital that even
some rich people recognize that their selves must pay more taxes. Covid-19 is a
class war. It is not the rich on the front lines of the fight against
Coronavirus, or who are suffering the most, but the working class. Once again
those in power are sending us into battle. Under the rhetoric “rallying the troops”, is the disastrous
conditions of a sheer workforce. Saint Denis, 13 April 2020, there
are still many people who are with distaste working. The workers keep working
because some factories are still open. Covid-19 is a class war and confinement
is a petit bourgeois privilege above all in overcrowded areas.
It’s time to remember the struggles in Glasgow 1915
per example; the rent strike movement grew. In October more than 30,000 people
participated all over the city. Or Barcelona 1931; the Comité de
Defensa Económica, the rent strike
erupted in April with the participants demanding a 40% reduction in rent. It
lasted until December, involving between 45,000 and 100,000 people throughout
the city. In the last weeks per example we can see next evictions; Brighton, DiY
Kodak Collective were again illegally evicted from a building. Exorbitant house
prices are again and again forcing us to live in “communal” situations far beyond what we may desire. To socialise
and communalise “the home” on our own terms we could fundamentally change the
relationship between women and the work of social reproduction that they do.
This shutdown will demand an even larger socialisation of the economy and
properties. The next migrant crisis is near to pressure on the dysfunctional euro
meanwhile now in Calais as Human Rights observers have counted 45 deportations in
the last two weeks.
It’s time to call a halt. The destruction of humanity
itself as had witnessed the history in Cassandraesque lines —apocalypse is the
normal course of history. There are counted 59 epidemics of various types and
with a varied level of regional and temporal scope between 1520 and 1821 in
America during the three centuries of Spanish colonial domination. If we look
at the quiet survival animals in Chernobyl almost 30 years of being exposed to
radiation. They seem say around civilized humans that are worse for the
environment than a nuclear disaster. Although after the TV-mini-serie this tragic place became in a cosy touistic destiny. Predictions of disaster have always been
ignored in the tradition of Casandra- like pessimism preceding events too late
to stop. An iterative approach on the fragility of modern society. A redundant
unease in the ears of the hired-hands.
One of the greatest evils of our century is
demobilization. It is the natural sum of the 1930s “wage society” and the “wealth
ware” in the 1970s. We can understand the occidental countries headed
through three positions in the previous century, all of them under de “invisible” capitalism. One;
imperialism-protectionist. Two; nationalism. And third; liberal,
internationalist, free-trade. Currently neo-liberalism could be, recapping
obvious deeds, the sum of the last two survival positions. Positions which
served as a technical basis for the creation of systematics frameworks of
control —institutions. Rainmakers.
One of the defining features in Western historiography
may be this domestic "inventions"
and "discoveries" and how it
deals with tools. I remember one book by Ivan Ilych in the 70s that I would
like to mention. "Tools for Conviviality". He talks about an industrial logic that
is not only part of the production models of consumerism, but is inherent in
all the fundamental instances of contemporary capitalism. Technology as a
whole, the transport system, the school or the health system, as they were built
throughout the 20th century and also have adopted the industrial model of
production, based on exacerbated and endless growth. The tools that were to
free people from the hell of work have ended up putting people at their
service. Coexistence with the merchandise. The magnificent fourth revolution; ubiquitous,
mobile supercomputing. Intelligent robots. Self-driving cars. Neuro-technological
brain enhancements, genetic editing… Without moving us far away from the
definition of “hegemonic powers” given by Gramsci “the ability of the government to direct/lead the whole of society,
presenting as desirable their culture, their lifestyle, among the members of
the dominated class.” The present coronavirus disaster will be used by the
ruling lines and prompted by lobbies.
.
.
“Some companies have signed up to sell so-called antibody tests in
recent weeks, according to US regulators. Governments around the world hope
that the rapid tests, which typically use a finger-prick of blood on a test
strip, could soon ease public restrictions by identifying people who have
previously had the virus and have developed some immunity to it.”
Workers on front lines controlled by temporal adjustments and
tested daily forward a healthier and zombified
city. The new security alarms embody the economic world forum desire. They
need the oppressed and them need the poverty for their own lifespan. Both free trades
as the central institution of the economy. When deeds, not times, calls for
collective forms of action.
The alleged intelligence of pontiffs’ teleworkers in
their glamourous confinement overshadows the endeavour of deprived people who
needs the street to survive. Even so more this outdoor sounds as
insurrection. The reconstruction of the
social bond is particularly sensitive; when human groups implode, become
cancer, lose their locations and see their identities disintegrate.

We crossed the dark side of modernity long time ago as
well F. Kafka depicted. Is impossible tie up all the loose but is easy to look at
that aged main character in “Before the law” and
understand how human been was born into a social and political interdependence, but existing
framework already ordered. This pontifical architecture has an open door. I’m mad as hell if I try to give responses but
is easy look inwards. Look inwards in this two square room with no more
existential doubt than next; if the modernity was crossed over, if also the history
was crossed over as it’s said by honest thinkers, why I feel inside the call
for a Social Revolution? Guts! Hegemonic thinking and rainmakers in the same
box. Stay at home they repeat. One of them support the end of capitalism others
support the blindness of the social movements. Obviously is not a good idea to
go to the streets by the minute and organize mightier struggles. It’s time now to
think about their “strategic intelligence”
as children Sunday’s picnic and look our room, our home and livings amidst a regime
which constantly guaranteed reform, brutal ways broke its promise. It’s time to
look our home between schools, hospitals, prisons, among farm-illies; the
re-creation of “docile bodies”. In
the last decade under the conservative government England had broken the bad
numbers, council home building down 90%, 33,000 nurses leave the NHS each year,
scrapped over 17,000 hospital beds, 780 libraries closed… The food and fuel of
modern economies is this planned obsolescence. Just
now I hear through the window the auto-willing claps and cheering to NHS and key-workers. Over ten years they slashed public
services and yet rewarded the banks with bailouts and here is the neighbourhood
heedful to clap at eight.
Stay at home. Stay connected. This canny latter slogan makes visible the war aimed in our discourse, in our behaviour. Our
behaviour is recorded and pooled in algorithms of intimate surroundings. We are
especially keen to make use of politics realignments as a new game, the like of
which we have never seen with a spirit akin to 1945. This optimism or luck of knowledge
is fake. More than post-1989 banalities about the end of history, is rather
required to take seriously the studies on young people about their blinkered
forebodings, their indifference towards the past and their radical doubts about
future. Intelligence strategies giving us public roles, propping up their
pseudo-scientific status. A disciplinary model in which the superior controls the
internees, specifically their bodies, to the point that they were said to perform
like ventriloquist puppet who chuckle or go out home when the master pulls the strings.
Polling data. The polls are an event of agitation of a circumstantial majority
that sustains the security of a hidden interest.
Common people only wants the end of this isolation and
recover a job, and know where will be next Saturday party but poverty is more
and more near to our houses and charity acts is not being enough for protect
the rotten system. Hundred years ago next sentences were published by the title
“The wage system” Pëtr
Kropotkin;
“Poverty, the existence of
the poor, was the first cause of riches. This it was which created the earliest
capitalist. For, before the surplus value (…)
It cannot be so. For, on the day when ancient institutions splinter into
fragments before the axe of the proletariat, voices will be heard shouting:
Bread for
all! Lodging for all! Right for all to the comforts of life!”
Poverty is not a problem of shortages but a perverse
distribution of benefits. In Spain we can read the information from the Tax
Agency which indicates that the 134 biggest multinationals made a profit of
91,894 million in 2016 and paid 11,594 worldwide for this tax, 12.6%. So in the
last 13 years almost 210 billion euros have been defrauded from companies in
this country. In this sunny country where begun that demonstration of clapping
hands and other propaganda cheering to the supermarket women cashiers like
heroines. Women who works for long shifts underpaid changing their uniform in
tiny rooms. If someone can’t look the close similarity between these workers
and prisoners is blind as a bat hell.
18th April. Tonight at this time three month ago I
arrived to UK. My attempts to don’t get mad consists in recall my dear people
just 759 miles away. In one conversation with my ex-significant other. She
mentioned me one ethnographic research; “Nisun: A vingança do povo
morcego e o que ele pode nos ensinar sobre o novo coronavirus.” Nisun: The revenge of the bat people and what they
can teach us about the new coronavirus. It depicts about how human being
warrants a complex net of different subjectivities. Fractal beings who are
opened to bacterias, hosting harmful virus and harmless virus. The amazonian
ethnic mentioned in that text has a name; nisun— for the mental illness
provoked by a bad consumption. When I read texts like this my fevered
imagination tries to understand the significance given to words by these
tribes. The significance owed to words. It’s obvious that they get a grip of
their ruts through the word. I’m not an academic person and I haven’t a minimum
level of knowledge to deepen into any science but I’m overwhelmed over these
facts. In the Shatapatha-Brahamana we
can read; "… whatever food man eats in this world, it will
eat him in the other."
In another sacrificial treatise, the Jaiminiya-Bhahamana "The
cattle that have been slaughtered and eaten here, have adopted a human figure,
and now is making to man what it has made before." This “ensue-Other”
occupies the space between the “I” and the “other” in time.
In the UK are around 1.8 million single parents,
nearly a quarter of families with dependent children and around 90% are women.
In Spain there are 1.5 million families headed by single mothers with a poverty
rate of over 40%. I read some cases where women were taunted by those lurking “police-balconiers”
when they entered in the supermarket with their kid. This reveal the cultural
and educational failures of the population. Those risky round trips reveal the
tangled desperation to give care, support and air to children although that air
is toxified by daft population troubled against foreigners, or not
hetero-normative families. The fear community raise a double marginalization.
From the state at first and them by many berk people. What are the components
which nourish those frightened communities? The mistakes and failures of the
states among other things. Angst arouses the most archaic defences. I remember
a Fassbinder’s film “Angst essen Seele auf”. This film takes place among the resentful, deeply
racist middle classes of Germany's post-war period. All them with souls
devoured by fear although they deny the fear, and deny moreover the “other”. The rejection of death nourish
arrogance. This is the claim for a sanitized reality. Authority (see governors)
is reduced to be news readers and then police.
In turn police methods are internalized —state control, control of
production and reproduction methods. The fears require painkillers, sanitizers,
sedates, vaccines provided by a monitored democracy. This is our neighbourhood.
The absurd infinity of graphics that “demonstrate”
the effects of what we do or don't do. Coronavirus is just a symptom of a
global disease that we have endured for centuries. Marketing of fear. The poll
is an event of agitation of this circumstantial majority that sustains the
defence of one interest. Authority surveying fear. Pharmaceutical companies
take advantage of circumstances to capitalize in our respective weakness. Every
day population is bombed by thousands of massive news. Why don’t regard the
roots of 1.000.ooo of annual suicides?
At first blush the algorithmic growth of our desires
and facts are collected and then used for the purpose of managing resources and
cancels all subjectivity; a future viable. Today an establishment “hegemonic” on masculinity supports its
acting to protect the integrity of our societies with this intelligence. A
fancy determinism dressed with biotechnological arguments. The ownership of
bodies- lingered long the unbalance of the ties between human beings with
nature, with mother-land. The health crisis caused by the coronavirus suddenly
brings us back to reality because isn’t only a health crisis. We are eco-dependent
and interdependent organizations allowing the personal become political, letting
the local become political. I started this chapter talking around a look
inwards forward a territorialisation of knowledge. To able gaze towards the
nearby outside. To use the body as a link between the social and the
institutional. That physical intelligence which make us smarter than a corncob.

Querido Loam;
Hola Loam;
